Since 1975, we have been cultivating vines with respect and patience, allowing nature to dictate the pace with its own rhythms.<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

We’re located in Ronc\u00e0, a small town in the Val d’Alpone, the easternmost valley in the province of Verona. Some of our vineyards are within the Lessinia Regional Natural Park.<\/p>\n

Our story mainly revolves around three bets: one on the grape variety, one on the wine style, and one on the type of agriculture.<\/p>\n

The first bet was to dedicate ourselves exclusively to cultivating the native grape variety of the Lessini Mountains: Durella. The second important bet was to dedicate ourselves to the exclusive production of Classical Method Sparkling Wines. We’ve always highlighted the great capacity for long lees aging in our sparkling wines through artisanal work at every stage of the production process. Even today, our riddling is done exclusively by hand \n (remuage sur pupitre<\/i>\n<\/span>).<\/p>\n

Finally, the third bet was, as early as 1985, to become pioneers in the Veneto wine scene by embracing the principles of organic farming.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

From these roots, our Classical Method is born:

Raised among the vines and cherries of Val d’Alpone, I carry forward my vision of Classical Method and agriculture, combining a deep respect for the winemaking tradition that characterizes my hills with a genuine curiosity for the rest of the world.<\/span><\/p>

Every choice, every detail, every glass tells the story of my commitment to showcasing the authenticity of Durella and the beauty of a unique territory.<\/span><\/p>
